Carlos is the type of player that every coach want to have. He is coachable and fundamental, Carlos will be working hard to get better. Defensively, he has a good understanding of the infield, he does not have an top arm compared with some other kids but his ability to read well the ball coming out of the batter will make up for it. Offensively, he will put the ball in play and will find the way to get on base as much as he can. He knows his role, his strengths and weaknesses, he still has room for improvement and he is working on it.
